CMS-Connected will be at Acquia Engage 2019
The CMS-Connected team is thrilled to announce that we will once again be attending Acquia’s exciting event, Acquia Engage. The 2019 North American event is in its sixth year and takes place in the big easy; New Orleans, Louisiana, from November 11th – 13th, 2019. CMS-Connected’s Analyst, Stephen Medve, and Tech Reporter, Erika Jones, will be at the event hosting insightful interviews with Acquia executives, partners, and customers. The team will also be gaining and sharing insights from some of the top minds in the digital experience industry.
The three-day event was developed to connect Acquia team members with current and prospective partners and customers and hear from the biggest brands and digital transformation leaders in keynotes and stories. There will be over 40 sessions to take part in plenty of opportunities for networking, all while taking in experienc
es in one of the most historic, vibrant, and musically-rich cities in the United States.
Acquia’s Engage theme this year is ‘Experience Digital Freedom.’ The event comes at the end of a robust year for Acquia that included many significant announcements and decisions that will provide its customers with more digital freedom. One of the most noteworthy developments from the company this year was their acquisition of Mautic, the open-source marketing automation platform.
Guest and keynote speaker this year will be Kelley O’Hara, Defender on the U.S. women’s soccer team, two-time world champion, and 2012 Olympic gold medalist. Other speakers include members of the Acquia C-suite and many other industry experts. The week will be filled with stories of how companies have been able to use Acquia to create incredible digital experiences, and we can’t wait to see what’s in store and share all of the compelling information with our audience.
On top of all of the insightful conversations around digital experience going on, Acquia will also be announcing the winners of the 2019 Acquia Engage awards. Erika is honored this year to be included on a panel of judges alongside respected industry pundits, Scott Liewehr and Keith Cline. Find the full list of nominees here.
