Promotion at Highspot

Highspot, the sales enablement platform, announced Jon White has been promoted to Vice President of Product Management. White brings more than a dozen years of product leadership in innovative technology companies, including Moz and Xerox. New CMO at Rackspace

Mark Bunting has been announced as Rackspace’s new Chief Marketing Officer. Bunting joins the executive leadership team, led and built out by CEO Joe Eazor over the past year. Under Joe Eazor’s leadership, Rackspace is poised to continue its transformation as one of the industry’s broadest providers of IT and professional services across applications, data, security, and infrastructure. As CMO, Mark Bunting will be directly responsible for global marketing strategy and all aspects of the marketing organization including communications, brand, advertising, creative, digital, field, and channel marketing. First CEO for Varick

Bsquare Appoints Ryan Vardeman to Board of Directors, Vardeman will serve as a class III director and, as such, his term of office will expire at the company's 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. "We are pleased to welcome Ryan Vardeman to the board," said Andrew Harries, Bsquare executive chairman. "Ryan brings extensive corporate strategy, operating, and financial experience. Dan Beers Joins Aurea Software

Former IBM executive Dan Beer joined Aurea Software as Chief Customer Success officer and senior vice president and general manager of Aurea’s newly created small and medium business solutions division, Aurea SMB Solutions. In his new role as SVP and general manager of Aurea SMB Solutions, Beer is responsible for all operating functions of this channel-focused division, which consists of products from GFI USA, Inc., Kerio Technologies Inc., Exinda Inc. and their affiliates. In addition, in Beer’s role of chief customer success officer across the Aurea portfolio, he is responsible for operating global customer success and support. New Senior VP at Pluralsight

Pluralsight, Inc., appoints Sean Farrington as Senior Vice President of Sales in Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa (EMEA). Reporting to Joe DiBartolomeo, Chief Revenue Officer at Pluralsight, Farrington will oversee the strategic direction, expansion, and operation of commercial and enterprise sales. HubSpot Appoints Kate Bueker as Chief Financial Officer effective June 18, 2018. Bueker brings almost 25 years of financial and operational expertise to HubSpot. John Kinzer stepped down as Chief Financial Officer as of June 18, 2018, but will remain with HubSpot through January 3, 2019 to ensure a smooth transition of his duties to Bueker. “Kate is a fantastic financial leader with a proven track record of helping businesses scale,” said Brian Halligan, co-founder and CEO of HubSpot. “We’re confident her extensive experience and commitment to delivering results will help drive HubSpot’s continued growth as we enter our next chapter as a company.” “HubSpot has experienced massive growth over the past decade, and is well positioned to continue that expansion in the years to come,” said Bueker. “I’m excited to help the team execute on its mission of helping millions of organizations grow better while continuing to deliver value to its employees, customers, and shareholders.” Bueker joins HubSpot from Akamai Technologies where she most recently served as the senior vice president of business finance and operations. Episerver Hires Microsoft Veteran Mike Rogers

Episerver has hired Microsoft channel veteran Mike Rogers as Partner Sales Manager, creating this new postion to drive their Dynamics business. "While Episerver has worked with the more classic Microsoft partner in the past, we are now seeing a steady flow of business with partners focused on complex CRM, ERP, and BI use cases that are simplified by not only the complementary technology but, of course, the implementation. This combination is helping organizations create standout experiences," said Rogers.
